The compact WK wing delivers the ideal balance between power, lightweight and comfort. Developed to be an extremely versatile all-rounder for beginners to advanced riders alike. The WK has an exceptionally rigid structure, created by having a large leading edge and solid central strut. This delivers an incredible boost of very controllable power for an easy take off and better upwind performance. The canopy tension has been harmonized to offer the maximum power and eliminate flutter. The overall wing-span has been optimized to achieve an even easier handling.
In terms of construction, the WK is strong and durable while maintaining its lightweight feel for that perfect balance. The triple ripstop canopy material is light yet durable. We have added abrasion-resistant Kevlar® fabric to the leading edge seams with extra reinforcements on the tips to ensure wing longevity.
The handling is very direct, it is responsive yet forgiving with a clean and efficient power delivery. You will appreciate the WK’s stability and lift as you advance to taking waves, doing jumps and increasing your downwind speed.
The semi rigid handles are perfectly positioned on the central strut to provide a stable power grip and direct connection with the wind. The longer handle lengths allow for different riders needs and are intuitive to use, they are made of anti-slip material for added grip during transitions and moves. The central leading edge handle allows you to control the wing with just one hand and maintain a neutral positioning while riding swell, helping you get just the ideal angle for a sublime, endless ride.
