If your goal is to be able to wing foil on your own at your favorite spot, then we suggest the 3-Day camp. This camp meets for one three hour lesson per day. 

We'll cover everything from the very beginning with the goal of getting you up and riding and comfortable with all aspects of the sport, including rigging, launching, riding, and self-rescue.
